Granite components are fabricated based on the existing granite platform according to the client's drawings, including drilling (embedding steel sleeves) and slotting. The requirements for grinding parallelism, flatness, and perpendicularity are much stricter than for standard granite platforms. The production process is involving both mechanical processing and manual grinding. However, the process for granite mechanical components is much more complex.Granite mechanical components are mainly used in the internal beds of machinery, facilitating the installation of machine guides and maintaining stability against temperature variations, minimizing vibrations, and ensuring silent operation. While granite mechanical components are widely used abroad, they are just beginning to be adopted in China. Applications include precision engraving machine, milling and engraving machines, PCB drilling machines, AOI inspection machines, glass cutting machines, LED die bonding machines, precision dispensing machines, laser etching machines, and various testing equipment such as two-dimensional and three-coordinate measurement devices.
