Shenzhen Bozhida Robot Co., Ltd. has launched its advanced granite components, engineered to provide ultra-stable structural support for high-precision motion systems used in semiconductor manufacturing, automated optical inspection (AOI), precision metrology, and advanced automation equipment.

The granite components are manufactured from high-quality natural granite materials, known for their superior mechanical and thermal properties. With a density typically ranging from 2.6–3.0 g/cm³, the material provides a highly rigid and stable base structure. Granite’s inherent hardness and wear resistance ensure long-term dimensional stability, even under continuous industrial operation.
One of the defining characteristics of granite components is their extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, typically controlled within (5–8)×10⁻⁶/°C, significantly reducing dimensional variation caused by environmental temperature changes. This allows motion systems to maintain consistent positioning accuracy over long production cycles, making granite an ideal material for ultra-precision applications.
In terms of vibration damping, granite components outperform traditional metal structures such as cast iron or steel. Their natural internal damping capacity can absorb vibration energy several times more effectively, reducing resonance and improving motion smoothness. This ensures enhanced imaging stability and repeatability, which is critical for high-resolution optical inspection systems and precision measurement equipment.
The granite components offered by Shenzhen Bozhida Robot Co., Ltd. include precision granite bases, machine frames, guideway mounting structures, and custom structural parts. These components are processed using high-precision grinding and lapping techniques, achieving flatness levels better than 2 μm/m and surface roughness controlled within Ra ≤0.8 μm. Straightness and parallelism can be maintained within ±1–2 μm, ensuring high geometric accuracy for precision motion systems.
Additionally, granite components can integrate embedded metal inserts, threaded holes, and guideway interfaces directly during machining, enabling seamless assembly with linear motors, precision guide rails, and encoder systems. This integrated design reduces assembly errors and improves overall system rigidity.
The modular and customizable nature of granite components allows sizes ranging from compact structures to large platforms exceeding 4000 mm in length. Load capacities can support from 200 kg to over 3000 kg, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Another key advantage is the material’s resistance to corrosion and chemical stability. Unlike metal structures, granite is non-magnetic, rust-free, and highly resistant to environmental degradation, ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.
With over 20 years of experience in granite processing and precision assembly, Shenzhen Bozhida Robot Co., Ltd. leverages advanced manufacturing techniques to deliver high-performance granite components for global customers.
As industries increasingly demand higher precision, improved vibration control, and long-term stability, granite components are becoming a fundamental element in next-generation precision motion systems. Bozhida’s granite solutions provide a reliable foundation for achieving superior accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in modern intelligent manufacturing environments.
